Build a high-performance team
Organizational Coaching
What is it?
It’s been said in leadership circles that good news goes down and challenging news goes down and across. To develop the future, 21st century leaders need to have answers for the challenges of a changing world and marketplace. This requires executives to use the experiences and wisdom of yesterday and build a vision for what’s next. Culture7Coaching provides executive leaders with the individualized attention necessary for a change-maker perspective. Let our team partner with you and harness your internal genius to capture your place in the future.
The difference between good and outstanding starts with collective leadership.
Let us take your vital signs
Leadership Vital Signs (LVS) is a high-performance tool we use to assess and build leaders.
The LVS shows leaders a snapshot of how they are performing using a 360-degree view of their interactions within their organization. It assesses leadership style through the eyes of peers, staff, stakeholders, and colleagues. The perspective it provides can be challenging, but this powerful growth and development tool can teach you to drive the kind of organizational change that the top organizations are looking for.
Key questions for the LVS are: What do you need to start, what do you need to stop, and what do you need to continue? This approach fosters a growth mindset. It is not a punitive model, and is not designed to cause fear as many assessments do. It prompts engagement in the coaching process.
As a leader engages with the Culture7Coaching model, they gain greater self-compassion, practice compassion in their relationships, and model a compassionate leadership style.
We believe that holistic leadership pays attention to perspective and to practice.
Vital Signs for school environments
Educational Vital Signs (EVS) provides a comprehensive cultural climate assessment of a school and its leadership. It begins with an understanding that each leader operates within a community. Research shows that over 70% of challenges in organizations come from poor management of people, and this is particularly the case in educational environments. Our coaching approach for educational institutions brings teams into greater alignment and measures the intangibles of inclusion and belonging.
A major challenge with inclusion and belonging is that these ideas have become biased toward people that have been historically marginalized. But the EVS looks at the entire community, including students, staff, educators, leaders, parents, and other stakeholders, to generate a truly comprehensive school climate assessment that leads to actionable goals to improve the experience of stakeholders at all levels.
The EVS model is based on five drivers: accountability, commitment, growth, connection and trust. It is data driven, statistically normalized, and validated.
Michael Eatman, experienced team leadership coach
Michael has worked with school districts, municipalities, universities, corporations, and health federations to build individual and team capacity of leaders at all levels.
Every organization I’ve worked with, quite frankly, has been in turmoil. They may be productive, but lack trust. Or, they trust, but lack growth. The five EVS drivers identify areas that are underdeveloped and ensure outcomes aligned with the each school’s unique mission. It also accounts for the challenging climate many schools operate in today, where personnel worry about their safety when confronting stakeholder demands.
EVS data reports are detailed and robust, and can be difficult to action without the support of an executive coach trained in adapting, delivery, and analyzing the survey to meeting the unique needs of each client.
As a Master Certified Coach with a background in education, I understand the challenges faced by high-performance leaders and the pressure to provide educational services in an increasingly demanding stakeholder environment.

“Our family business received much more from Culture7 than the executive coaching and inclusion training we requested. Michael Eatman became a true thought partner who helped me balance immediate organizational with the big picture. Throughout our season of rapid growth and transition in senior leadership, Michael provided valuable insights and invaluable encouragements throughout and when we faced a complex managerial challenge.”
